Return Policy

Return Policy takes great strides in packaging and shipping to you the products that you have ordered in a timely fashion. Please see our Shipping Policy concerning when you place your order and when to expect it to arrive. These are conditions for Returns:
Damaged or missing items: If your product is damaged in shipping or missing an item, please contact us within 24 hours or the first business day, so that we may expedite taking care of the damaged or missing item.

Returns: If you need to return an item, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by emailing us at Simply list the items and the reason for return, we will email you back the Information for the Return.

Non-Returnable items: Due to the nature of the following products, all sales are final on the following items: Spa equipment packs, heaters and any electrical items (example: circuit boards, spa control panels, contactors, switches, transformers, pumps and motors) and cannot be returned for a refund. These items come with manufacturer warranties which will still apply and can be returned for warranty only. Any cartridge filter (Pool or Spa) that is used or has been wet or shows any sign of wear and tear or has had the manufacturer's wrap removed is not refundable or returnable. Chemicals cannot be returned.

1. We must receive your return within 30 days of purchase. There is a 40% restocking fee on all returns

2. Merchandise must be in original, saleable condition without any cosmetic or other damage.

3. You are responsible for shipping cost to you and back to us. If you received an item under the Free Ground Shipping and you are returning it, you will be charged for the original cost that we incurred to ship to you. A 40% Restocking Fee will be applied to all items. These cost will be deducted from any refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

4. Defective items returned to us will be handled through our warranty department. does not express or imply any warranty, we do however try our utmost to make sure all of our customers warranty needs are handled promptly and fairly. Warranties are handled by us and submitted to manufactures per their warranty policies. You are responsible for shipment to us.

Additional information: Product Support is not responsible for any misinformation given by the customer. All parts that are ordered with information given to Product Support and assisted by them is ultimately the buyers responsibility. Parts are to be ordered by the customer with the knowledge that Manufactures' can upgrade and change the part without notice. We can only go on the information given by the customer or the manufacture if it is available. Pictures and prices on the site are representations of the products sold and may not exactly match what you receive. If there is any question, contact prior to ordering. Prices in our industry are volatile and can occasionally change without notice to us. On the rare occurrence that this does happen, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to agree to the change in price or cancel the order prior to shipping to you.

Shipping Policy

Orders within the Continental US Only: Free Ground Shipping on Orders over $100.00.

A flat Shipping charge of $9.95 for all orders under $100.00

Sorry No FREE or Flat Shipping Charge to Alaska or Hawaii (these orders are determined by weight and shipped UPS).

We do not sell or ship to Canada at this time.

Standard Shipping is FREE Ground over $100.00 for all domestic orders in the contiguous 48 states. On any orders under $100.00 there is a nominal shipping charge of $9.95 per shipment, no matter how small the order. We do not bury any handling charges in our product pricing or any other fees. All orders will be shipped by either UPS, USPS, FedEx Ground at our discretion so it is best to give us both your physical address as well as your PO Box when ordering. Any 2nd Day or 3 Day orders will ship UPS. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. You can expect to receive your order in 2-6 business days depending on your location. Special order items or unique or low demand parts can take longer . We reserve the right under the FREE Shipping method to ship to you through the shipper that we choose.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event that you provide us with the wrong address and your package has already shipped, there will be a rerouting fee. Incorrect shipping address/rerouting fee is $15.00 and will be charged to your card.

How do I calculate when my order will arrive ?

To estimate when your order will arrive please utilize this information: Do not count the day you place your order as a shipping day. Remember that orders placed after Noon (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday will not ship until the next business day so you must count the next business day as your order day. UPS Shipping calculations of generally 1-6 Business Days start with Day 1 being the Business Day after your order is placed. Business Days are considered Monday through Friday since UPS does not consider Saturday or Sunday as a shipping.

Example of when your 3 Day Select order will arrive: If If you order 3 Day Select by Noon (PST) on Tuesday then Wednesday is day 1 for Shipping so your order should arrive to you on Friday. If you order 3 Day Select after noon on Tuesday or on Wednesday before Noon (PST) it won't arrive until the following Monday. Thursday would be Day 1 of shipping. UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday, so Day 3 would be Monday (unless there is a holiday on Monday which would make Tuesday Day 3).

Example of when your 2nd Day Air order will arrive:
If you order on Wednesday by Noon (PST) then Thursday is Day 1 and your order should arrive by end of day Friday. If you order 2nd Day Air after Noon (PST) on Wednesday or on Thursday by Noon (PST) your order will not arrive until the following Monday. Day 1 of shipping is Friday. UPS does not count Saturday and Sunday, so Day 2 would be Monday (unless there is a holiday on Monday which would make Tuesday Day 2).

Please note: that if you provide incorrect Shipping Address or if your Part is not a commonly stocked item then your order may take longer than the above estimates. If you give an incorrect billing address and you or UPS correct it after shipping, there is a charge from UPS that will be passed on to you. Your account will be charged, typically this fee from UPS is $11.00. We do make every effort stock most Sundance Parts. UPS Holidays and week ends are not counted as Shipping Days either.

How do I get my UPS tracking number?

Our shipping system is real time and it will automatically email you after your package has been filled and shipped. Alternatively, you can check your order status online. To find out your tracking number please click the customer login link at the top of the page and choose order status.

My UPS tracking number is not working. What should I do?

Although you may receive the tracking number for your order it does not necessarily mean it has been picked up by UPS yet. We are on a real-time shipping system and e-mail you the tracking number as soon as your order has been filled and scanned into our system. Because of this your tracking number may not track properly right away or it may show an invalid tracking number. This is because UPS has not yet received the package from the pick up location even though it has been assigned a tracking number.

If your tracking number still does not work 48 hours after receiving it please e-mail us at or fill out the contact us form located at the top of the page.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please call Customer Service at 916-782-3987

Does ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally; we only deliver to locations within the United States (including Hawaii & Alaska). We do not bill and ship to Canada. If you are in Canada and are shipping to the US, your billing on the Credit Card must also be a U.S.billing address where your credit card bill goes to.
